We've always felt that education is the true backbone of any country. Project Ascend was born from the belief that AI can give students without opportunity the chance to realize their true academic limits.
Through Project Ascend we aim to help bridge the gap between low socio-economic regions and the rest of the world by delivering personalized, AI-powered STEM tutoring to students.
Education is the seed of innovation. By planting that seed, we will enable people in developing nations to build their own solutions, drive their own progress, and create a future of genuine self-reliance in under-resourced regions.
Our Solution
Our solution provides each student with a personal AI tutor. Powered by a Large Language Model (LLM), this platform delivers the national curriculum through adaptive lessons that match each student's pace and encourage questions and true understanding.
This technology empowers teachers to shift from lecturing to mentoring, focusing on student development and critical thinking. We provide all the necessary laptops, training, and support to ensure a seamless integration into the classroom.
Where is Project Ascend at right now?
We are advancing toward our pilot program, scheduled for early 2026. This section outlines our recent milestones and the key steps remaining as we prepare for launch.
Recent Milestones:
Website Launch: Our official website is now live, serving as a central hub for information on Project Ascend and for tracking our progress.
Partnership with Cambodian Children's Fund (CCF): We have formed a strategic partnership with CCF, who will host our pilot program across four physics classes. Their invaluable insights into Cambodia's educational landscape are crucial to our success.
Expert Advisor Appointment: Dr. Steve Watson, Assosiate Professor at the University of Cambridge has joined us as a Project Advisor. His leading expertise in Generative AI in education will guide the platform's integration and the effective evaluation of our pilot program.
What's Next?
Formalizing as a Legal Entity: Our immediate priority is to register Project Ascend. This will enable us to accept donations and formalize partnerships, securing the resources needed for the pilot.
Financial Transparency Dashboard: In line with our commitment to transparency, we will launch a public financial dashboard upon registration. It will detail all donations, expenditures, and planned costs directly on our website.
Learning Platform Refinement: We are developing the pilot-ready version of our learning platform, focusing on user-friendly design and seamless integration with the Google Workspace environment used by our partner school.
